Ingredients
410g cream of chicken soup
85g (1 tin) Ocean King smoked oysters, drained and cut in half
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
black pepper, to taste
Croûtons
1 clove garlic, cut in half
250g bread, cut into thick slices
25ml olive oil
25ml sesame oil
Method
Croûtons
Rub slices of bread with garlic and then cut into cubes.
Mix together the oils and drizzle over the bread and toss to coat.
Lay on a baking tray, grill until golden, shaking the tray frequently.
Soup
Empty the can of chicken soup into a saucepan and heat until just simmering.
Add oysters, parsley, Tabasco and pepper. Simmer while stirring until heated through.
Serve hot sprinkled with croûtons.
