Ingredients
2 thick slices rye bread, toasted and buttered
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, sliced and grilled
85g (1 tin) Ocean King smoked oysters, drained
Tabasco sauce
Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Top buttered toast with lettuce, slices of grilled tomato.
Divide drained oysters among slices of toast and place on tomato slices.
Sprinkle with Tabasco sauce and serve each open sandwich with a lemon wedge for squeezing over seafood topping.
