500 g thin, flat slices of beef
salt
pepper
185 g Ocean King tuna in oil
15 ml capers
2 sardines
15 ml lemon juice
25 ml cream
parsley, freshly chopped
25 ml oil
200 ml white wine
25 ml sour cream
Season the slices of beef with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the tuna and place in the food processor with the capers, sardines, lemon juice, cream and chopped parsley. Process and season to taste with pepper. Spread the slices of beef with this mixture and roll each slice up tightly. Secure with toothpicks. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef olives rapidly in the heated oil until brown. Add the wine and simmer until the meat is tender. Remove the beef olives. Add the sour cream to the sauce, mix well and serve with the beef olives.
