Ingredients
255g (3 tins) Ocean King smoked oysters, drained
½ onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground pepper
200g butter
65ml cream
½ lemon, juice
1 cup parsley
Method
Sauté onions, garlic and pepper.
Process butter with onion, garlic and pepper in a food processor.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve with Melba toast or fresh chunks of ciabatta.
