410 g minced Ocean King Portuguese Sardines , well drained
60 g fresh breadcrumbs
125 ml milk
2 extra-large eggs, whisked
1 small onion, finely grated
7 ml lemon juice
2 ml dried sage
30 ml butter, melted
30 ml parsley, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Grease a 21 x 11 x 7 cm loaf tin with margarine. Combine all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon into the prepared tin and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Loosen the sides and turn out. Serve with yoghurt and cucumber sauce.
Serves: Makes a small loaf
