1. This competition starts on 1 August 2011 and closes on 31 October 2011 and any entries received after this date will be invalid. 2. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa aged eighteen (18) years or older, except the directors, employees, agents or consultants of Humboldt Trading (Pty) Ltd (the ‘Promoter’) or the suppliers of goods and services in connection with this competition or their spouses, life partners or immediate family members. 3. To enter the competition and stand a chance of winning, entrants must SMS the word “KING” and the last four (4) digits of any Ocean King product to 33964. Each SMS costs R1,50 and free SMS’s do not apply. 4. There are two (2) Samsung cell phones and two (2) Samsung digital cameras to be won. 5. The draw will take place on 7 November 2011 and the winners will be contacted telephonically within seven (7) working days from the date of the draw. If the Promoter cannot contact a prize-winner by the end of the seventh (7th) working day after the date of the draw, another winner will be selected. The names of the winners will be published on the Ocean King website. 6. The prize will be delivered by courier. Any queries in this regard kindly contact our office on 011 462 3799 during office hours during the period 1 October 2011 – 1 November 2011. 7. The prize may not be exchanged for cash. 8. The judge’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules, terms and conditions. 10. The winners may be required to take part in the Promoter’s publicity campaigns and to allow their names and likenesses to be used by the Promoter for post–promotional purposes. Winners will not be entitled to any payment or remuneration for such participation and all materials arising from such participation will be the sole property of the Promoter. The winners have the right to decline such participation. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or the prizes at any stage or if circumstances beyond their control should arise.
