Ingredients
250 g penne pasta or shell noodles
115 g Ocean King tuna chunks, drained and flaked
1 small onion, chopped
250 g frozen or canned mixed vegetables
500 g mayonnaise
5 ml Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
15 ml chopped parsley
Method
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix together cooked pasta, tuna, onion and mixed vegetables.
Pour mayonnaise over and season to taste. Place in refrigerator until needed. Garnish with chopped parsley.
